2024 : Developing new work

Looking beyond the borders of Berlin unexpectedly took me from a state of nervous hecticness to a more conscious awareness of uniqueness—and to a new sense of concentration and focus. On the drive to the studio, distractions diminish with every kilometer, and as the distance increases, the image I unconsciously gather in the metropolis becomes clearer. The physical distance and the otherness of the place allow me to grasp the city's peculiarities more clearly. This place offers me the opportunity to filter the experiences I have absorbed in the hustle and bustle of the urban environment and transform them into sculptural forms.
